The Northwood Residency is an opportunity for men or women who are interested in full time ministry to spend one year on staff in one of our Northwood churches. As a resident, you will serve with Northwood full-time, and you will have an opportunity to serve in a variety of ministries within our church as you explore your call to ministry. Depending on your ministry interest, your residency can be focused on a particular ministry in our church, but we will help you to have experiences in different areas of ministry during your residency. As a resident, you will have access to our pastors and staff members who desire to help you understand how God has shaped you for ministry. During your residency, you will be regularly assessed for readiness to be sent out to serve on a vocational basis in one of our Northwood family churches.
